• Defining the QAIM-RISHA 400 KV OHL construction schedule in accordance with the overall projectschedule
• Assisting the PM in managing the interfaces between civil construction works and electricalconstruction works
• Supervising the construction subcontractor(s)• Attending, as required by PM, coordination and progress meetings with Client
• Civil and Electrical Works reporting document preparation• Reviewing any design modification during construction stage with regards to cost and schedule impact
• Ensuring Civil and Electrical construction works are in accordance with drawings, specifications, and inline with schedule
• Ensuring QEHS plan is effectively implemented at site• Controlling and measuring, according to the methodology set for the construction works, the progress
of the works and report to Project Manager.• Assisting Project Manager in terms of risk and opportunity analysis, highlighting any design deviation,
assumption or delay which may impact the overall schedule or CW cost• Ensuring compliance to PMH, EMH, GRID Quality Policy & IMS procedures
• Ensuring compliance with EHS policy and procedures Recording and reporting of Quality Objectives &KPI Data.
• Manage the changes and adapt the objectives & strategy accordingly• Address Site project management issues (road-blocks, performance, etc...)
• Contribute to project management process improvements and delivery processes at Unit level• Responsible for delivering the project on time
• Produce and updates list of key milestones• Anticipate on-time delivery issues (documents, services, equipment’s)
• Measure project progress and anticipate actions• Provide reporting to management

B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering OR B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering ,level or equivalent education• Most suitable candidates will possess an engineering-related degree, although some may have a commercial background
• Business English
EXPERIENCE• 5 to 8 years’ experience of managing medium size project
• Project management in an international environment (preferred)• Experienced in managing complex engineering projects
• Experience of team building• Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium periods and to travel world-wide
